Welcome to U-Neek Graphic Designs. Our website is an online marketplace for digital graphic design files. By purchasing or downloading any design from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. What We Sell
U-Neek Graphic Designs sells pre-made digital design files that are available for instant download after purchase.
We do not offer custom design services, custom artwork, or web design services.
2. License: The Core Rule
When you purchase a design from U-Neek Graphic Designs, you are purchasing a license to use the design, not ownership of the design itself.
All copyrights and ownership of the original designs remain with U-Neek Graphic Designs.
3. Standard Use License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the design for a total of five applications or uses, regardless of the client.
For example, you may use the design:
Once on a T-shirt
Twice on coffee mugs
Twice on personal ID tags
This would equal a total of five individual uses.
Once the design has been used a total of five times, the license for that design is complete. If you would like to use the same design again, you must purchase the design again. Each new purchase grants five additional uses.
There are hundreds of possible applications for our designs, so we encourage you to use your imagination. You may be surprised at what you can dream up.
4. What “Five Applications / Uses” Means
“Five applications” means that you may use the final design file on up to five different finished personal or commercial projects, regardless of who your client may be.
Our designs can be used on any surface or item that a printer can print onto.
5. Allowed Use
Each design is licensed for personal or commercial use.
You may add text, names, photos, or other artwork as an overlay on top of the design. You may also use the design as a background for another image, as long as the original design is not altered, cropped, distorted, or changed in any way.
The design must be used in its full, downloaded form.
If you need to scale the design for a particular application, you are allowed to vectorize the design only for sizing purposes.
After a total of five uses, the license for that design is complete.
6. What Is Not Allowed
You may not:
Alter the design in any way
Crop the design
Distort, edit, or change the design
Resell the original digital file
Give away the original digital file
Share, distribute, or transfer the design file to another person
Claim ownership or copyright of the design
7. File Delivery & No Refunds
All files are delivered digitally after payment is confirmed.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Please review all product previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for customizing the design with your own text overlays, client text, names, photos, or any other final artwork you choose to add.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the design does not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, laws, or third-party rights.
9. How to Get More Uses
Need to use the design more than five times?
You must make a new purchase of that same design. Each new purchase gives you five additional uses.
We do not sell any other type of extended license.
Our goal is to provide unique designs that are not commonly found online, at an extremely minimal cost, while giving you a creative tool to make something new, exciting, and original.
10. Limitation of Liability
U-Neek Graphic Designs is not liable for any losses, damages, claims, or issues related to your use of our designs.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific design file purchased.
11. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using any design from U-Neek Graphic Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
